Series ECWS supply-side or Series ECWR return-side are express-built water cooling stick assemblies from Plast-O-Matic said to simplify piping and provide superior strength.
Manufactured from PVC with EPDM seals and socket connections; the only selection necessary is the flowmeter range on the return side, the company says.
The optional Series ECWST has temperature/pressure Tridicator in place of pressure gauge. By eliminating extra bushings, pipe nipples, tees — and the extra joints — the cooling water stick tests 1300% stronger than a typical contractor installation, it adds.
The supply stick contains a premium pressure regulator, pressure gauge or tridicator, and quarter-turn trunnion design ball valve.
Pressure regulator offers set pressure range from 5 to 125 psi. The return stick includes a diaphragm valve, pressure, and temperature gauge, and in-line flow meter with visual indicators.
Gauge face and flow meter are aligned for quick, at-a-glance reading. Flow meter range must be specified.
